After breakfast we started our journey home, retracing our steps back to Hay on quite a foggy morning.
We stopped at the Balranald Visitor Centre which is most impressive and decided to have morning tea there and also buy some sandwiches for lunch at Yanga NP a little further on.
The Homestead is an amazing place right on the Yanga Lake. It has a stunning garden and array of buildings all reasonably well preserved. We enjoyed our lunch in the orchard.
Gradually the day warmed up and by the time we reached Hay it was quite warm. We pulled in at the Highway Inn Motel and I did some washing and it might even dry in the sun this afternoon.
Dinner was at the Bowling club and on the way out we could see a lovely sunset through the trees.

It’s good that you were able to visit places this time that you missed in your way over. The homestead does look impressive.
