Kitchen Renos #18 - Start of Week 6

 The floors took 4 days to sand, finish, lacquer and harden but it was worth it.

Then after a very full weekend of gardening at Ellen's...

and singing Sunday morning I arrived home to find Geoff and family with cleaning gear ready to start on the upstairs area where they will be living until they find a new home. The robotic vacuum cleaner has been doing a great job but wet-wipes and a microfibre dusting glove have also helped.

Then today Joseph arrived to continue with the carpentry.

Then Nathan and Berto arrived to measure up things to purchase other bits and pieces and to move lots of my furniture into the back room as the really dusty work should now be finished.

I can now actually walk through the front hall, watch TV without looking around corners!
