For me Mother's Day was a three day event.
The first day was a sleepover with the girls who both slept soundly in their own beds ALL NIGHT. We made pikelets to take to Gram the next day.
We visited Gram on the Saturday and then headed to Cooper Park to play with Alby and Frankie for a short while.
On Sunday evening Ellen and Geoff and their families took me to dinner at GRK Ramsgate where we had the fixed menu Mother's Day meal and all the mums received a small gift from the restaurant. It was all so delicious but I think my favourite was the dessert.
I am so grateful to have such a family willing to spend time with me and shower treats on me on such occasions.
