Sorting the study has its bonuses. I found a box we bought years ago that is just the right size for storing all the things I need for making hexie flowers. It is light weight and looks good beside my chair in the lounge room. It also feels amazing. I can also slip the newly glued hexies under the box to 'press' them and let them dry.
The hexies that are sitting on top have been cut from 2.5" squares and the finished ones have 1" sides so, as you can see, the size of the box is just right.
It is a beautiful box, as well as practical. I like the idea of using it as a weight to help the glue set.
