Our St Stephen's Zoom group decided to all bake a "sponge cake" for our Thursday Night Happy Hour last night. I was able to take a screen shot of all the lovely cakes. Here we all are with our lovely cakes.
Some people , including me, are going to have to drink lots of water and do lots of exercise.
Mine is a Mug Cake (see previous post) but could still be divided into at least two servings.
