Dealing with Underhill harvest

I've now made lots of Autumn Fruit Paste. I've given away lots and frozen some for me. But I've also got some with good fitting lids that will actually keep for years.

If you'd like to try some come and visit some time. It is fantastic with cheese and crackers.

I've been stewing and eating some of the fruit and well. They are great on my breakfast. I even made a streudel for desserts. Instead of adding sugar to the streudle I crushed some Ikea ginger bread hearts into the fruit and that was fantastic.
