A significant week and a second crop

On Wednesday Ivy started big school with her broken arm and all. She loved it and even though she had to go to the doctor on Thursday she still wanted to go to school in the afternoon. Luke started high school and I am yet to hear how he went.

I picked my second crop of oyster mushroom today and am pleased with the harvest, even though it is slightly smaller than the first crop. Not so many mushrooms but the quality is just as good. I've decided the time to harvest is when they keep shedding spores all over the kitchen bench.
